Driving directions from Washington, OK to Hearts At Home Companion Care
From Washington Senior Citizens at 219 N Turner Street in Washington, head east on East Carter Avenue, then turn right onto North Turner Street and continue about 0.1 miles. Turn left onto OK-24 North/East Morehead Avenue and drive roughly 0.4 miles, then turn left onto OK-24 North and continue for about 1 mile. Keep going as the road becomes State Highway 74 (North Main Avenue) for approximately 5.7 miles until you reach the traffic circle, where you take the third exit onto the I-35 North ramp. Merge onto I-35 North and travel about 5.8 miles, then take exit 110 for Robinson Street toward Interstate Drive. Turn left onto West Robinson Street and follow it for about 2.4 miles. Turn left after McDonaldโs, and Hearts At Home Companion Care at 1400 North Porter Avenue will be on the left.
